Gaming Machine Management Course
This course incorporates learning and competencies for award of Certificate of Attendance - THHADG01A - Analyse and Report on Gaming Machine Data.
On satisfactory completion of the course, participants will be able to:-
- discuss gaming machine legislation and associated law of registered clubs
- state the principles of gaming machine design and game implementation
- perform gaming machine performance analyses
- conduct investigations into gaming machine performance anomalies
- explain gaming machine reporting requirements
- review gaming machine control and security procedures

Gaming Machine Analysis & Reporting Course

The course aims to provide participants with -
- knowledge of your Club management's responsibilities
- an overview of the importance of gaming machine staff
- basic knowledge to understand gaming machine performance and cash flow analysis
- the necessary knowledge to perform their duties in an efficient and effective manner
- knowledge of the importance of sound customer relations and excellent customer service
Course Objectives
On satisfactory completion of the course participants will be able to –
- discuss their Club's responsibilities concerning gaming machine operations
- state the importance of the duties and roles of various gaming machine staff positions
- explain gaming machine performance, cash flow analysis and its interpretation
- state the impact of poor job performance on machine performance and Club profit
- identify ways to improve customer relations and customer service.
Our experience in conducting this type of course for a large number of QLD. registered clubs indicates that the course helps to enhance the self esteem of staff and improves their knowledge of gaming machine operations, the importance of their respective duties and the consequences of their actions.

Responsible Conduct of Gambling Course
This course incorporates learning and competencies for award of Certificate of Attendance in THHADG03A - Provide Responsible Gaming Services.
Course Objectives
At the end of this training program participants will be able to:
- Describe the context of gambling in QLD.
- Explain the indicators and impact of problem gambling.
- Describe the legislative framework for the responsible conduct of gambling.
- Implement responsible conduct of gambling strategies.
- List the benefits of implementing responsible conduct of gambling strategies.
